You’ve been thinking about this for a while, haven’t you?

You know a podcast could do serious things for your business. Build authority. Create trust with people before they ever talk to you. Give you a content engine that feeds your marketing week after week.

But every time you sit down to figure it out, you end up in a rabbit hole. What microphone? What hosting platform? What format? Do I need to edit? How do I get on Apple Podcasts? Should I do video too?

So you close the laptop and tell yourself you’ll get to it next month.

Here’s the thing: podcasting isn’t actually complicated. It just looks that way from the outside. What you need isn’t another blog post or YouTube tutorial — you need someone who’s already solved all these problems to sit down with you and map it out.

Here’s What Happens In Our Sessions

This isn’t a course. There’s no curriculum you sit through while half the material doesn’t apply to you. Every session is built around your show, your goals, and wherever you’re stuck right now.

That said, here’s the kind of ground we typically cover:

Session 1 — Your Show Strategy We figure out the foundation: who your show is for, what format fits your strengths and schedule, how to name and brand it, and what makes it worth subscribing to. You leave with a clear concept — not a vague idea.

Session 2 — Your Tech & Workflow I walk you through exactly what equipment you need (and what you don’t), which hosting platform to use, how to record and edit without losing your mind, and how to get listed on every major directory. No fluff — just the setup that works.

Session 3 — Your Launch Plan We build out your first few episodes, create a realistic publishing schedule, and put together a promotion strategy so your show doesn’t launch into silence. You’ll know exactly what to do on launch day and the weeks after.

Session 4 (if needed) — Refine & Go Some clients are ready to fly after two or three sessions. Others want a final session to review their first episode, tighten up their workflow, or talk through growth strategy. We go at your pace.

After that, I’m available on an as-needed basis whenever you hit a wall or want a second opinion. You’re not locked into anything.

Most Clients Launch in 2–4 Sessions

This isn’t a six-month program. It’s not a $5,000 course. It’s focused, practical coaching designed to get you from zero to live as efficiently as possible.

$1000 | 5 Sessions

$100/mo for ongoing support and access to the Podcast Mastery Studio

For context: most clients invest around $1,000 and walk away with a live show, a clear workflow, and the confidence to keep producing on their own. Compare that to figuring it out alone — burning weeks on YouTube tutorials, buying the wrong equipment, second-guessing every decision — and the math is pretty straightforward.
